The IMC Gala event was organized for the 2015 graduating class of the Integrated Marketing Communications program at Conestoga College. My team pitched an Alice in Wonderland theme for the gala that was picked as the winning decorative theme by our class.
As part of the management team for this project, I oversaw the budget, procurement, and decorations for the event. Managing an event taught me how to delegate tasks, track and manage a budget, leadership, and a little bit of creativity. The following was the budget that I created for the event.
